Stephen Ferrandi

Stephen has been selling schools for more than 17 years through the mid-Atlantic.   He has a strong background in the building and renovation of buildings of assembly which has dovetailed nicely into the brokerage of schools.  His years of experience in school brokerage, construction and land development have been essential to the success of several large campus sales.  Unlike some who might understand how to negotiate a sales contract or create an attractive marketing piece, Stephen and his team bring the total package –experience, valuation, presentation, marketing, negotiation and customer service support to every deal.

Stephen is a licensed broker in Delaware, and Associate Broker in Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. He holds an agent’s license in New Jersey.
